Knowing the quarterly spatialization rainfall in a watershed, it is beneficial to the management of available water resources, and can also assist in hydrological, climatological and meteorological studies. The aim of this paper is to present a study of the quarterly spatial distribution of rainfall the river watershed Beautiful, main basin of Penápolis and Glicerio municipalities in the state of São Paulo. For the spatial distribution of specific rainfall data, we used the function to Top Raster ARCGIS as interpolating point data (rainfall stations). Data were Atlas Rainfall in Brazil, published by the Geological Survey of Brazil, whose historical series is 1977 to 2006, ie 30 years of data. It was noted also that the regions usually more rainfall volume are near the Tiete River and the highest areas near the urban area ofthe municipality of Alto Alegre. For the first quarter, January to March, the wettest in the basin of Ribeirão Bonito, the average rainfall in your area was 554,9mm. In the second quarter the average rainfall in the basin was 182,4mm in the third quarter was 117,3mm and finally, in the fourth quarter yielded an average rainfall in the area of 437,0mm. The average annual rainfall in the territory of the creek Beautiful basin, 1977-2006, was 1.288mm per year.
